As a massage therapist, I focus on understanding the “why” behind discomfort, not just the symptoms. I believe that lasting results come from identifying and addressing the root cause, rather than providing only short-term relief. My work centers around myofascial therapy, TMJ treatment, and muscle engagement techniques to help restore function, reduce pain, and support long-term recovery. I am a graduate of Mount Royal University’s Massage Therapy program, where I developed a strong foundation in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-informed care. My education emphasized not only hands-on techniques, but also critical thinking and understanding how the body functions as a whole which is something that continues to shape how I approach each treatment. Growing up in a rural community, I’ve always been active and closely connected to sports and the gym environment. That background, along with my own experiences staying active, has given me a strong appreciation for movement, recovery, and the role massage therapy can play in maintaining an active lifestyle. I work with both adults and pediatric clients and have experience supporting children and young adults with moderate to severe developmental disabilities. This has shaped me into being a patient, adaptable therapist who prioritizes creating a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for every individual. A significant part of my practice is focused on chronic pain conditions. I understand how complex and frustrating persistent pain can be, and I take a collaborative approach, meeting clients where they’re at and tailoring treatment to their goals. I also place a strong emphasis on teaching simple, effective exercises and home care strategies. Recovery doesn’t stop when you leave the treatment room, and I’m passionate about giving clients the tools and confidence they need to support their progress between sessions. My goal is to help you feel better, move better, and maintain those improvements over time

Originally from Saskatchewan, I moved to Lethbridge to pursue my passion for psychology, earning a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology. My interest in working with children led me to Japan, where I taught English for three years. Upon returning to Canada, I continued my teaching journey and obtained a Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary. For approximately 17 years, I taught in Calgary, but I never let go of my childhood dream of becoming a psychologist. While teaching, I completed a Master of Education in Applied Child and School Psychology, and for the past four years, I have been practicing as a Registered Psychologist. In my practice, I specialize in providing psychoeducational assessments and interventions for children with learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, as well as those identified as gifted and talented. Through comprehensive assessments, I also explore social-emotional and behavioural concerns, including anxiety and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I have received specialized training in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) and the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R), and now offer Autism assessments as well. As an approved provider for Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD), I have extensive experience conducting assessments for applications for Program Unit Funding (PUF) and implementing early interventions. I am deeply committed to providing compassionate care to children and their families, ensuring that each assessment is thorough, accurate, and focused on the child’s overall development. My approach to psychoeducational assessments is holistic and strength-based, aimed at gaining a deep understanding of the whole child. Through this process, families can better understand their child’s unique strengths and areas for growth, allowing for the development of tailored intervention programs that support the child’s success. I welcome the opportunity to discuss how a psychoeducational assessment can benefit your child and help them reach their full potential.
