Raised in Strathmore, I am proud to still call this wonderful community my home! As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and graduate of Mount Royal University, I have always had a passion for helping others. My background as a competitive athlete in sports like Ringette, Rugby, and other high school activities gave me firsthand experience in the benefits of massage therapy, which fueled my interest in this field.
I take pride in my ability to address the symptoms of both acute and chronic conditions or injuries while aligning treatment with each individual’s goals. My approach is supportive, judgment-free, and entirely personalized to the needs of each client.
I have specialized training in orthopedic assessment, injury treatment, rehabilitation exercises, and a variety of treatment techniques and modalities. This enables me to offer a wide range of services, including Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Pediatric, and Sports Massage. My focus on Therapeutic and Sports Massage is particularly effective for clients seeking relief from specific muscle pain, injuries, or limited mobility. Common conditions I treat include temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ), runner’s knee, frozen shoulder, strains, sprains, and postural muscle imbalances, among others.
In addition, I specialize in Pediatric Massage, with over two years of experience as a child and youth worker in a domestic violence shelter. This background has given me valuable experience in working with children of all ages, as well as those with mental health challenges and disabilities. Pediatric Massage not only helps to relieve muscle tension from growth spurts or activity, but it also introduces healthy touch and helps reduce symptoms of anxiety and other mental health disorders.
Some of the other modalities I offer include Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, Pre- and Postnatal Massage, Joint Mobilizations, Myofascial Release, Hydrotherapy, and Cupping Therapy.
I believe in the profound benefits of massage therapy and am excited to be a part of my clients’ health and wellness journeys. I look forward to helping you experience the healing and restorative power of massage.

Life’s transitions can be some of the most rewarding yet challenging times we face. Whether you’re stepping into adulthood, navigating the uncertainties of life after high school, or adjusting to the realities of parenthood, these moments often bring about a mix of excitement, confusion, and even a sense of loss.
My work focuses on young adults who are taking steps towards independence for the first time and new moms or dads trying to make sense of life after the arrival of a baby. These are moments that can feel overwhelming—when everything you thought you knew about yourself gets turned upside down, especially when you’re expected to have it all figured out.
For young adults, the transition out of high school into the “real world” can be particularly daunting. Figuring out your next steps, finding independence, and managing mental health challenges like anxiety and depression can feel overwhelming.
For new parents, I help them navigate the emotional highs and lows, the unexpected challenges, and the feelings of guilt or loss that come with this new role. You matter too! Becoming a parent isn’t about survival—it’s about finding balance for you and your family in this new chapter of life.
My approach is built on evidence-based methods, but more importantly, it’s grounded in a deep respect for each person’s individual story. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to empower you to take control of your narrative and make the changes you need to thrive. It’s not about having all the answers right away. It’s about giving yourself permission to figure them out, one step at a time.
Working with me means being an active participant in your own growth. We’ll work together to build new skills, manage stress, and tap into your personal strengths so that you can create a life that feels balanced and meaningful to you.

From an early age, I struggled with extreme anxiety, but my journey to healing began when my mother introduced me to yoga through video cassette recordings. It wasn’t until I moved to Calgary in 2000 that I attended my first formal yoga class, and I left feeling as though I was walking two feet off the ground—I was hooked! Since then, yoga, meditation, and Reiki have become integral tools in managing my anxiety and maintaining balance.
With over 11 years of experience, I am trained in both Raja and Hatha yoga traditions, as well as in teaching children, meditation, and Reiki. My focus in class is to create a safe, welcoming environment where students can slow down, connect their movement with their breath, and tune in to the subtle information that arises from within. By quieting the mind and becoming aware of the flow of change, we create the space for true healing.
I recognize that group classes aren’t always a fit for everyone. Whether you prefer private, one-on-one sessions or smaller group settings, I am excited to offer personalized classes tailored to your individual needs. I firmly believe that yoga, meditation, and Reiki can be enjoyed by all bodies and constitutions, and my goal is to make these practices accessible and beneficial to each student.
In my classes, we work with a combination of mantra, breath, movement, and meditation, incorporating the healing power of Reiki to promote a healthy flow of energy and calm the nervous system. I look forward to connecting with you and creating a personalized practice that supports your journey toward greater well-being.

Originally from Saskatchewan, I moved to Lethbridge to pursue my passion for psychology, earning a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology. My interest in working with children led me to Japan, where I taught English for three years. Upon returning to Canada, I continued my teaching journey and obtained a Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary. For approximately 17 years, I taught in Calgary, but I never let go of my childhood dream of becoming a psychologist. While teaching, I completed a Master of Education in Applied Child and School Psychology, and for the past four years, I have been practicing as a Registered Psychologist.
In my practice, I specialize in providing psychoeducational assessments and interventions for children with learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, as well as those identified as gifted and talented. Through comprehensive assessments, I also explore social-emotional and behavioural concerns, including anxiety and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I have received specialized training in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) and the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R), and now offer Autism assessments as well.
As an approved provider for Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD), I have extensive experience conducting assessments for applications for Program Unit Funding (PUF) and implementing early interventions. I am deeply committed to providing compassionate care to children and their families, ensuring that each assessment is thorough, accurate, and focused on the child’s overall development.
My approach to psychoeducational assessments is holistic and strength-based, aimed at gaining a deep understanding of the whole child. Through this process, families can better understand their child’s unique strengths and areas for growth, allowing for the development of tailored intervention programs that support the child’s success.
I welcome the opportunity to discuss how a psychoeducational assessment can benefit your child and help them reach their full potential.
